Download the City Storage app (since Bluetooth will be required for use, please confirm 'Allow Bluetooth settings'). Enter the received 6-digit code for registration. This will create your account.

Move you stuff

When you arrive at the building, open the City Storage mobile app (your phone must have internet access and Bluetooth functionality enabled). As you approach the gates, a green button labeled 'Gate1' (Gate 1) or 'Gate2' (Gate 2) will light up in the app; pressing it will open the gates. The gates will close automatically after 1 minute. You will see your storage unit number in the Favorites section of the app only on the rental day. Once you find your assigned storage unit, at the storage unit door, tap the unit number in the app on your phone, and the door will open automatically.

No, the storage units do not have electrical outlets. However, you can use electricity, the internet, and other services in the common areas (office zone).

Yes, the restroom is located on the ground floor next to the office.

  • Flammable and explosive materials: gasoline, diesel, gas, fireworks, and other explosive products.

  • Hazardous chemicals: acids, strong solvents, toxic or radioactive substances that may pose a risk to health or the environment.

  • Weapons and ammunition: without special permission, it is forbidden to store any weapons, ammunition, explosives, or other hazardous devices.

  • Narcotic and psychotropic substances: storing illegal substances is prohibited.

  • Animals (alive or dead): it is forbidden to store live animals or animal remains.

  • Ensure your phone has an active internet connection and that Bluetooth is enabled.
  • Download and install the Sensorberg One Access mobile app.

  • Upon arrival at City Storage, open the app.
  • At the gate, press the "1 Vartai" or "2 Vartai" button in the app – the gate will open automatically and close after 1 minute.

  • On the rental day, you will see your assigned storage unit number in the Favorites section of the app.

  • Once you locate your storage unit, press the unit number in the app near its door.

  • After storing your items and closing the door, it will automatically lock.

Trolleys available in the corridors can be used to transport your items.

  • If you have issues opening the gates or accessing the unit, ensure that your phone has an active internet connection and Bluetooth enabled. If the issue persists, call +370 620 44424.
  • To grant access to another family member, they should download the Sensorberg One Access app, enter your email address, and verify the six-digit code sent to your email.
