• Flammable and explosive materials: gasoline, diesel, gas, fireworks, and other explosive products.

• Hazardous chemicals: acids, strong solvents, toxic or radioactive substances that may pose a risk to health or the environment.

• Weapons and ammunition: without special permission, it is forbidden to store any weapons, ammunition, explosives, or other hazardous devices.

• Narcotic and psychotropic substances: storing illegal substances is prohibited.

• Animals (alive or dead): it is forbidden to store live animals or animal remains.

• Ensure your phone has an active internet connection and that Bluetooth is enabled.
• Download and install the Sensorberg One Access mobile app.

• Upon arrival at City Storage, open the app.
• At the gate, press the "1 Vartai" or "2 Vartai" button in the app – the gate will open automatically and close after 1 minute.

• On the rental day, you will see your assigned storage unit number in the Favorites section of the app.

• Once you locate your storage unit, press the unit number in the app near its door.

• After storing your items and closing the door, it will automatically lock.

Trolleys available in the corridors can be used to transport your items.

• If you have issues opening the gates or accessing the unit, ensure that your phone has an active internet connection and Bluetooth enabled. If the issue persists, call +370 620 44424.
• To grant access to another family member, they should download the Sensorberg One Access app, enter your email address, and verify the six-digit code sent to your email.
